This is a brochure for the 1933 North London Exhibition held at Alexandra Palace, published by London-based builder George Reed & Sons Ltd. George Reed & Sons Ltd developed a large number of housing estates in North London in the 1920s and 1930s. At the 1933 North London Exhibition, they built a solid brick show home as an example of their ‘A type’ seven room house. This particular brochure contains details of the Firs Lane Estate in Winchmore Hill, the Devonshire Hill Estate and the Hedge Lane Estate in Palmers Green.
