Launched in 1936, Industrial Arts was described as 'The magazine of applied art in manufacture and marketing'. It is a colour publication featuring articles, illustrations and advertising about industrial art in Britain. Articles cover printing, interior architecture, decorative art, advertising and typography.
MoDA holds Volume 1 Summer, Autumn (x2) and Winter editions of the magazine from 1936. These were collected by the designer Charles Hasler and form part of his collection.
