This is the front cover of an issue of Golden Hands magazine published by Marshall Cavandish in the 1970s. Golden Hands was a weekly magazine originally published in seventy-five parts focusing on a wide range of handicrafts, including knitting, sewing, embroidery and crochet. Each edition contains a series of patterns for clothes, soft furnishings and novelty items, and is illustrated throughout in colour. MoDA holds the majority of the original seventy-five parts that were first published in 1970, plus some early 2nd Edition copies published from 1972 onwards.
