designed by Lyon, June,
manufactured by John Line & Sons, about 1955

Bold, spiky patterns with a hand-drawn look featured in many of the Festivals’ exhibits. This wallpaper was used in the departure lounge of Heathrow Airport when it opened in 1955, but with a background of lime green rather than grey.
